Very professional service! Was warmly treated and had a fun visit, besides being well taken care of in my exam and later ordering glasses. I was able to communicate my eye issues and they offered great solutions. I've been a customer before with Dr. Chariton before becoming Ascent Eye Care and still find him to be excellent. I also love the updated equipment for taking retinal scans and pressure test. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor! The service was top-notch, and the frames were fairly priced with a great selection. The highlight of my visit was the optical tech—she was the friendliest person and helped me find the perfect frames. Her positive attitude and helpfulness truly made my whole day brighter. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment.

I am so impressed by the level of care I received from Dr. Chariton and Justin during my visit! They were both so kind and knowledgeable, taking time to answer my myriad of questions in order to help me understand more and feel confident in the course of action taken for the issue I had with my eye. I would like for them to know that their recommended treatment has been exactly what was needed to help treat the problem I had, and I will continue to use their guidance for how to move forward on a daily basis. I am so grateful to receive such care that was utterly skillful, patient, and compassionate. I highly recommend going to Ascent Eye Care! :)

Dr. Chariton has always taken plenty of time with me. He listens to my concerns, as does Samantha and Justin, and makes sure everything is thoroughly addressed. Sarah, in optometry, is outstanding. She took her time and helped me figure out what was best for me. And Emily, in reception, seems to effortlessly fill a lot of roles and is very kind and super efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

Superb experience. Excellent & efficient front desk customer service. Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, & skilled. Doc exceeded my expectations, corrected a previous diagnosis from a different out of town clinic, answered all my questions, confidently exercised his examination, offered several options within my framework of concerns, and found out he was a flyfisherman from way to back. Would give 10 stars if available, Ascent Eye Care is the place to go for all your eye care needs.

The staff is great from the beginning to now and we are looking forward to returning to get our new glasses. They are professional and friendly. We will be using them for the rest of our lives.

Exceptional professional eye care from the polite and helpful receptionist to Samantha and Justin (Opthalmic Technicians) to Dr. Chariton. All were extremely thorough, had excellent personal “bedside” manner, and provided clear explanations. This was my first visit. Very highly recommended!
